Our Policies
Returns:
Returns are allowed up to 30 days from date of receipt.  Email us and let us know the reason for the return and we will give you a return authorization.  You can choose a store credit, a replacement item, or a refund.  If you choose a refund, we will refund the price you paid for the merchandise but not the shipping charges.  Replacement items will be shipped to you with no additional shipping charges.    

Special orders and personalized items are non-returnable unless defective. 

We must receive the returned item in new condition for a full refund of the price of the item. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Most of the items at Dog Whimsy and Pet Gifts International website are shipped directly from our shop in Texas. We need to know immediately if you have a problem with a shipment or with merchandise.
