Our Rescue Team
Volunteers
Our volunteers and their families and spouses all
pitch in together to help our Rescues. We all share duties and
responsibilities. Volunteers are needed to assist with fostering dogs as well as
helping with transport.

Kathy McGullion
Director
Kathy started Westie Rescue - Houston Area and
coordinates volunteers. She also fosters and rehabilitates
dogs and pays the bills. Kathy also answers the telephone and does intake
from owners who need to find new homes for their dogs and helps with shelter
intake.
Barbara Mansfield
Assistant Director and
Adoption Coordinator
Barbara coordinates the adoptions and
handles adoption paperwork.
Barbara and her husband Rob also foster.
Mona Wroblewski
Assistant Director and
Fund Raising Coordinator
Mona handles the fundraisers, help with transport and fosters and helps with
shelter intake.
Paula Guilbeau
Bookkeeper and Foster
Paula keeps the books, helps with the dogs and fosters.

Dr. Brian Hablinski and the staff at Willis
Animal Clinic have donated their experience and time to help our rescues start a
new life. Not only are they great with our dogs and our volunteers, their
financial assistance keeps us afloat.
Dr. Hablinski is an expert with Westie issues such as skin problems. With his
help and the help of his staff we are able to afford to treat many Westies and
small Terriers.
